Beautifully located in Turton, near Bolton, Olives is a modern and contemporary new restaurant on the site of what was the Spread Eagle. Refurbished to the tune of ã140,000, the new look incorporates stone floors and exposed brick walls creating a characterful and atmospheric venue. The reasonably priced menu offers a range of English and Mediterranean dishes that are based on locally sourced produce and cooked fresh to order. There is also a specials board that changes daily.
